The NCAA announced today that they will allow (soon to be unemployed) Titans QB Vince Young to play his final year of eligibility.

This comes on the heels of the shocking rulings by the NCAA that allowed Auburn QB Cam Newton, and the Ohio State Ink-eyes, I mean BUCKEYES, to remain eligible despite committing major violations.

NCAA Executive Director Mark Emmert had this to say. “We noticed that the player [Vince Young] lost his job in Tennessee and figured that his former school [Texas] could probably use him; so we decided to grant him his final year of eligibility despite playing in the NFL for the past 6 years”. Emmert went on to say “We’ll probably just suspend Young for the 2012 season for 5 games for accepting money the past 6 years”.

The Sugar Bowl is reporting that tickets to next year’s 2012 BCS National Championship game will go on sale tomorrow to the delight of the Orangeblood nation.
