Week 6 in the NFL is here which brings another week of stressing out over your fantasy football team. Week 5 was another rough week for some teams, the Rams lose yet another WR, Green Bay loses a top 5 TE and possibly QB(Rodgers is practicing) also. Ben Roethlisberger comes back to Pittsburgh & the Saints sign another RB. The Browns have traded away there Pre-Season starting RB. With injuries last week and byes this week(Cardinals, Bills, Panthers, Bengals) let me help you decide who to start, and who to sit.

Start ‘Em

QB: Ben Roethlisberger

Yes, I know it’s his first game in a LONG time. Normally the layoff would scare me. But Ben has 7TDs and 1INT in his last 3 games and is playing a horrible Browns Team.

200+ Yards, 2TDS

QB: Eli Manning

This guy is an Interception machine.. I know. I expect another 1 or 2 this week also. Eli & The Giants are playing a horrendous Lions passing defense. Expect to hear Eli to Nicks a lot more on Sunday

300Yards, 3TDS, 1INT

RB: Ryan Torain

The Colts run defense if pretty much non-existent. Opposing teams are averaging 4.9 Yards a Carry vs the Colts.

100Yards, 1TD

RB: Ahmad Bradshaw

Just like Eli, Ahmad is facing the Detroit Lions @ home. The Lions have given up 7TDs to Running Backs already this season. Expect 1 or 2 more.

75Yards, 2TDS

WR: Danny Amendola

More Injuries to the Rams WR Corps makes Amendola the #1 guy. Danny is Top 5 in targets and receptions in the league.

90Yards, 1TD

WR: Roy Williams

Vikings have a good Passing Defense, but Cedric Griffin is now out for the year. To win this game the Cowboys will have to pass.

75Yads, 1TD

TE: Tony Moeaki

Yes I have him on here again, He was the leading receiver for the Chiefs last week. The Chiefs are facing the NFLs worst passing defense. Expect Moeaki to be a big part of the offense.

60Yards, 2TDs

Sit ‘Em

QB: Brett Favre

Favre & the Vikings are playing a must win game this week Vs. the Cowboys. That being said, Favre will try to win this game himself if he has to, which will get some tds, and many INTS. Favre

s tendonitis makes me say Bench him this week.

225Yards, 2TDS, 2INTS

QB: Matt Cassel

Normally I wouldn’t put Cassel on this list as hes not that good anyways. I’ve been seeing Cassel listed as a “Start Him” on a few sites because he’s playing the Texas. A bad QB will still make bad throws. Also, Can Dwayne Bowe catch a ball?!

175Yards, 2TDS, 3INTS

RB: Peyton Hillis

Peyton has taken over this team, the Browns have even traded away their #1 preseason RB. The Browns go to Pittsburgh where they will start Colt McCoy. The Steelers have the #1 rushing defense in the league, and expect the browns to be playing from behind.

45Yards, 0TDS

RB: Justin Forsett/Marshawn Lynch

Most expect Lynch to get the bulk of the load here, but no one can be sure until we see it. Besides, the seahawks are playing the Bears this week. The bears have the #3 Rushing defense in the NFL.

WR: Greg Jennings

Matt Flynn may be starting this game, or at least playing eventually. Rodgers is practicing but had a concussion last week and even if he starts, he may not last the whole game. The Packers are also facing the #4 passing defense in the NFL the Miami Dolphins.

35Yards, 0TDS

WR: Calvin Johnson

Calvin Johnson is a must start every week, but I would personally bench him. The New York Giants have the #1 passing defense in the NFL and have only given up 5 TDS all year. Look for Calvin to get shutdown this week.

60Yards, 0TDS

TE: Todd Heap

Heap is not the player his was in 2007. Until he starts preforming. Bench Him.

30Yards, 0TDS
