Texas has asked for, and been given, permission to speak to current LSU strength and conditioning coach Tommy Moffitt, high-level sources say.
This is on the heels of current Texas S&C coach Jeff “MAD DOG” Madden reportedly being reassigned to another position within the Texas Athletic Department.
Tommy Moffitt has spent 11 seasons at LSU and is regarded as one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in major college football.
