The NFL regular season is over in just two more weeks. The majority of the MVP candidates are jockeying for position and trying to overtake Tom Brady. Speaking of Tom Brady, he hasn’t thrown an interception in over two months, dating back to October 17th against the Ravens. Matt Ryan didn’t have a spectacular performance, but he did throw three touchdown passes as the Falcons won easily. Michael Vick put on a great performance against the Giants even though he didn’t warm up until the second half. Philip Rivers had a near-flawless game as the Chargers routed the 49ers. Peyton Manning rejoins the race now that the Colts’ playoff hopes are still alive after defeating the Jaguars in a must-win situation.

2. Matt Ryan
12-2 record, 3,321 yards passing, 62.7%, 25TD, 9INT, 21 sacks, 3 fumbles lost, 90.5 rating. Matt tossed three touchdown passes as the Falcons won convincingly. He’ll be involved in a big showdown with the Saints.
3. Michael Vick
8-2 record, 2,755 passing yards, 63.2%, 20TD, 5INT, 28 sacks, 1 fumble lost, 613 yards rushing, 8TD, 103.6 rating. Michael Vick was phenomenal again on Sunday as he contributed four touchdowns. He’ll face the Vikings this weekend.
4. Philip Rivers
8-6 record, 4,141 passing yards, 66.6%, 29TD, 11INT, 32 sacks, 4 fumbles lost, 105.7 rating. Rivers had a flawless game against the 49ers as he tossed three touchdowns. He’ll be on the road in Cincinnati this weekend.
5. Peyton Manning
8-6 record, 4,257 passing yards, 66.9%, 28TD, 15INT, 15 sacks, 1 fumble lost, 92.1 rating. Peyton had his second straight 2TD, 0-turnover performance in a must-win situation. He is the reason the Colts have a chance. He’ll face the Raiders on the road.
